4. Property Listing Data

Property listing information you provide is used exclusively to train your AI agent and is never shared with third parties, sold, or used for any purpose other than operating your agent. Your listing data is private and specific to your account.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Vapi.ai — our AI voice infrastructure provider, to operate your agent
• ElevenLabs — for voice synthesis during calls
• Stripe — for payment processing
• Supabase — for secure database storage
• Twilio — for phone number management

Each of these providers has their own privacy policies and security standards. We only share the minimum data necessary for them to provide their services.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), secure database storage, and access controls. However, no system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your account data for as long as your subscription is active. Call recordings and transcripts are retained for 90 days by default. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
